Plan Maximum
  • Atlas America offers coverage from $50,000 to $1,000,000
  • For the Age Group 70-79 years: Maximum Coverage upto $50,000, $100,000
  • For the Age Group 80 years and above: Maximum Coverage upto $10,000
Deductibles
  • $0, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or $2,500 per Certificate Period
Optional Sports Coverage
  • Extreme Sports trips and adventures
  • With an additional 20% of premium, this rider will provide coverage for Amateur sports
Incidental Home Country Coverage
  • For every 3 months of the coverage bought, Atlas America provides 15 days of incidental coverage for trips to immigrant's Home Country.
Eligibility
  • US Green card holders.
  • Non-US Citizens traveling outside their home country
Coinsurance
  • For the Plan Period, Underwriters will pay 80% of the next $5,000 of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible, then 100% to the Overall Maximum Limit.
  • If expenses are incurred within the PPO, the Coinsurance will be waived.
Coverage Benefits
  • Emergency medical evacuation: $500,000 lifetime maximum, except as provided under acute onset of preexisting condition
  • Return of minor children: $50,000 per certi!cate period (not subject to deductible or coinsurance)
  • Repatriation of remains: Overall maximum limit
  • Emergency reunion: $50,000 limit per certi!cate period, subject to a maximum of 15 days
  • Trip interruption: $5,000 limit per certi!cate period
