Inbound USA Insurance is a short term plan designed by Seven Corners to provide fixed benefits coverage for the new immigrants and Green Card holders in USA. This insurance plan must be purchased within 12 months of arrival in the US. This plan is administered by Seven Corners Insurance. This plan offers pre-existing conditions coverage.

Eligibility
  • Green Card Holders or new immigrants
  • Inbound USA Insurance program must become effective within 12 months of arrival in the US.
Coverage Period
  • Minimum: 5 days
  • Maximum: 1 year
Deductibles
  • For the Age Group 14 days - 69 years: $0, $50 or $100 per injury/illness
  • For the Age Group 70 years - 99 years: $100 or $200 per injury/illness
Refund Process
  • The total plan cost will be refunded if a written request is received by Seven Corners prior to the Effective Date of Coverage.
  • If written request is received after the Effective Date of coverage, the unused portion of the plan cost may be refunded minus a cancellation fee, provided no claim has been submitted to Seven Corners for reimbursement.

  • Emergency Evacuation: $50,000
  • Repatriation of Remains: $7,500
  • AD&D Principal Sum: $25,000 Common Carrier
  • Dental Treatment for Injury to Sound, Natural Teeth: Up to $550
Plan Maximum
  • For the Age Group 14 days - 69 years: $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, $130,000 per injury/illness
  • For the Age Group 70 years - 99 years: $50,000, $70,000 per injury/illness
Pre-existing Conditions Coverage
 Insured aged below 70 years are covered at no additional charge.
Treatment must be received within 24 hours of the onset. Inbound USA offer a per injury/per sickness benefit to the insured. The acute onset benefit will be the same amount as your client's chosen policy maximum, however, unlike the policy maximum, the acute onset is paid on a per period of policy basis. This means if multiple acute onsets of a pre-existing condition occur, regardless of whether or not they are a different condition, we will only pay to the cumulative per maximum period of policy .
 Examples are as follows:
>> Flu 01/01/2013 - $50,000 per illness, payable to the scheduled amounts.
>> Rash-02/01/2013 - $50,000 per illness, payable to the scheduled amounts.
>> Heart attack-03/01/2013 - (determined to be an acute onset of a pre-existing condition) $50,000 per period of policy, payable to the scheduled amounts - total paid is $25,000.
>> Diabetes-04/01/2013 - (determined to be an acute onset of a pre-existing condition) $25,000 is available for the acute onset benefit, payable to the scheduled amounts.
Renewal
  • If the plan is purchased for 3 months, it may be renewed for additional coverage with a premium rate valid at the time of renewal.
  • Maximum total coverage period: 12 months. No grace periods for renewals.
  • If the policy has lapsed, the customer has to return to his/her home country in order to reapply

  • $5 administration fee is charged each time you renew.
