Special Coverage
  • Incidental Home Country Coverage:
    During the plan life, the insured traveler may return to his/her home country for incidental visits up to a cumulative of 2 weeks total.
  • Common Carrier Acciental Death Coverage:
    $25,000

  • Emergency Medical Evacuation:
    Plan A: Up to $25,000
    Plan B& C: Up to $50,000
  • Return of Mortal Remains or Cremation/Burial: Up to $7,500 for Return of Mortal Remains or $5,000 for Cremation/Burial
Eligibility
  • US Green card holders.
  • If the Immigrant to the US is above 65, the initial period of coverage must begin within 30 days of arrival in the US. This requirement will be waived with proof of previous valid insurance.
Renewal
  • Renewable up to 2 years(unless there is a break in coverage).
  • Renewable period is from a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 12 months.
  • Additional renewable fee of $5 along with the premium is charged for every renewal.
Optional Pre-existing Conditions Rider
  • Stroke or Myocardial Infarction(Heart Attack):
    • For Age 0-69: Benefit Amount is up to $5,000 per period of coverage
    • For Age 70+: Benefit Amount is up to $2,500 per period of coverage
